Managing Stress

All who attended our Health & Wellness information Session  on Aug 28, 2016 was very appreciated for the information that was shared by Minister Smalls and Sister Chinesa Brown.
Minister Smalls shared information about the importance of excerise and we now have a personal trainer in our mist. So for anyone who is looking for a personal health trainer, please contact  him at 803-397-1362.
Sister Brown shared how oils can protect and give our bodies the necessary ingredients to keep us strong and healthy.
We always appreciate all who attend these sessions and believe me we all received valuable information.
Our next session will be November 23 2016, so plan to come out and invite a friend.
We promise you will be glad you did,
